Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E/ BCA/ MCA / MTech is the minimum eligibility criteria.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in QA, helpdesk support, troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, applications, and IT systems.
Handle helpdesk queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
Conduct QA testing to identify bugs and ensure system stability.
Manage client escalations, document issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
