Required Skills:
- Should possess at least 2 years of experience in UX designing.
- Should proficient in designing tools like Word Press, Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator etc.
- Should be proficient in HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance user experiences.
- Creative thinking with a user-centered design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
- B. Tech / B.E/ BCA/ MCA / MTech is the minimum eligibility criteria.
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and functionally effective.
- Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing.
- Maintain and advocate for design consistency across all platforms and products.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
